Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers with varied experience levels
• Run agile project management processes
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members on technical contributions, product architecture, and other areas.
• Improve product quality, security, and performance
• Take ownership of the product

Requirements

• BS/CS with 10 – 15 years experience with at least 2+ years in management role
• Programming background
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber.
• Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP and .Net.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
• Mobile application development with either Android or IoS

Good To Have

• Devops and Cloud deployment
• Experience with ML frameworks(Tensorflow, Keras, Scikit learn) and Python ML libraries(Pandas, OpenCV, Spacy, NLTK)
