Position: Business Development Executive
Job Summary: The Institute of Management Professional Studies (IMPS) is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of IMPS by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will play a key role in building strategic partnerships, developing relationships with corporate clients, and promoting our programs and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong business acumen, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand IMPS’s reach and revenue streams.
- Conduct market research to identify target industries, companies, and potential clients.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth objectives.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to promote IMPS programs and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize and tailor program offerings to meet client requirements.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for IMPS programs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Track sales activities, manage sales pipelines, and provide regular reports on sales performance.
- Marketing and Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Participate in the development of marketing collaterals, such as brochures, flyers, and website content.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor positioning, and customer preferences.
