Responsibilities include:Utilize advance search techniques to identify candidates within the IT & Engineering industry through direct search, networking and using databases.Candidate, Client & Recruiter relationship buildingParticipate in Intake callsAbility to understand a variety of job descriptions, creation and marketing of job postings, candidate assessment and selection techniques, collaborate on sourcing frameworkMarket mapping by researching the market and competitionCreation and management of “talent pools” for frequently hired rolesDirectly contacting candidates to qualify interest in opportunity and encourage to applyManage any advertising responses and give feedback to all candidates.Conduct initial base level screen against pre-agreed criteria, prepare shortlist for Recruiter to finalize selection. Competencies Required:Graduation in any fieldFreshers with 0-4 years of experience, excellent communication, attitude to learn and quick beginnersAbility to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan, maintain confidentiality and handle confidential information, function effectively with / part of a team, demonstrate effective customer services skills, utilize market research tools and techniquesProven understanding of sourcing methodologiesProficient with Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
