1. Execution of the annual/monthly sales target of the assigned territory
2. Responsible for network expansion / Hub and Spoke model / Business generation
3. Daily/Monthly activity – Demo @ 12 and Anubhav min 60 per month
4. Dealer Management Software Implementation and usage / Enquiry generation / conversion
5. Product promotion in identified niche segment-based cropping Turmeric, Ginger, Horticulture, Vegetables etc
6. Manpower capability building at DSP level / Counters / Mechanic
7. Financial understanding ROI / Retails / Institutional sales (Railway/ Army/Builders/Hospitals/Municipality
Success Metrics:
1. Counters 20 per month appointment and business from existing Hub / Spoke / dealers
2. Demo & Anubhav @ 12 per month and 60 per month
3. Sales Target of Weeder, Brush Cutters and chainsaw as per plan
