Antal International Hiring for Sr Executive / Assistant Manager- Process (Assembly operations) at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India

Location: Kolebira – Jamshedpur

Key Activities:

• Design and establish manufacturing processes and assembly processes for filtration product manufacturing, including equipment and fixture selection.
• Design and manufacture SPM/Jigs and Fixtures through external vendors using low-cost automation and electronic controls.
• Conduct quality planning and documentation (PFD, FMEA, Control Plan, WI, SOP).
• Perform manufacturing feasibility studies for new or modified products.
• Ensure reliable and capable manufacturing processes (understanding of fool-proofing, Process Capability CpK) by conducting PPAP.
• Use VSM methodology for productivity improvement.
• Lead new product development based on Quality/Cost/Delivery requirements.
• Benchmark manufacturing processes worldwide for current manufacturing processes and new projects.

Knowledge:

• Process design, feasibility of product manufacturing, machine and accessory selection, low-cost automation.
• APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
• Manufacturing processes/assembly processes.
• Concept generation for tools & fixture designing (knowledge of 2D/3D design software will be advantageous).
• Understanding of low-cost automation, PLC, sensors, and other aids.
• Line balancing, value stream mapping.
• Lean manufacturing with scale-up/down possibilities.
• Project management for New Product Development (NPD) tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in manufacturing processes and assembly processes.
• Proven track record in process management for NPD tasks.

Qualifications:

• BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Age between 28 to 35 years.
