ROLE: HR/IR Head
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
REPORTING TO: Unit Head
LOCATION: Dhanbad, Jharkhand
SALARY : 8-10 Lacs PA
Age: Upto 45Years
Qualification: MBA HR or Equivalent
Duties & Responsibilities
· Managing relationships with unions & ensuring that the Company’s treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives
· Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders
· Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner
· Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes
· Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement
Distinguishing Skills for the Role
· Strong experience in dealing with unions
· Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures
· In depth knowledge of employment legislations
· Strong problem solving, negotiation & influencing skills
· Handy knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word for record keeping
· Excellent Interpersonal skills
· Ability to perform under stress & deadlines
· Collaboration with other department to create an integrated system
Required Qualifications
· 10-15 years of experience in the field of Human resources & Industrial Relations
· Dealt with Issues created locally by residents in the above mentioned area or similar environment
