We have vacancies at Patna in Bihar State.

Position: – Professional Sales Representative (MR).

Qualification: – Mini. Graduate from Science/Pharmacy.

Experience: – Preferable but not mandatory (Fresher’s are also eligible).

Skills: – Communications and negotiation skills.

Our Offer: – Negotiable.

(Subject to technical & personal skills/ performance based on monthly & quarterly incentives + performance-based incentives from 1st month onwards + carrier growth.)

1. Implementation of field selling strategy.

2. Implementation of customer management guidelines.

3. Field work and reporting discipline.

4. Achieving the sales target on a monthly basis.

5 Implementation of a 360 degree feedback mechanism
