Job Description

Life sells policies on both online and offline channels. Its distribution channels include banks, individual agents, brokers, and corporate agents, among others. It provides linked, participating and non-participating products. Apart from life coverage, it also covers health, pension, and annuity. It offers child protection, retirement, savings, and growth plans to individuals and to groups.

For Agency, APC channel-

1- Candidate must have experience into agency/apc channel for Agency position and banca channel experience for banca position.

2- Knowledge of the IRDA license, as they have to get the IRDA license cleared of FLS persons.

3- This doesn’t include travelling.

4- They will handle only 1 branch, where they will join.

5- Monthly incentives are there.

6- Give training to FLS persons, agents, advisors and managers. (for rest kindly refer to JD)
