Urgent requirement for Customer Care Executive.
Qualification – Any graduate
Gender- Open
Shift – 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Evening Shift)
- ∙To accept food orders and call back for order confirmation.
- ∙To process orders in a mannered way.
- ∙To co-ordinate with the vendors & marketing team.
- ∙Responsible for complete Customer Support.
- ∙To take, feed and follow-up delivery information per order.
- ∙To take proper feedback about the food and services.
- ∙Responsible for bulk order analysis.
- ∙To manage complaints of individual customers.
- ∙To contribute operations information and recommendations for strategic plans and reviews,
- prepare and complete action plans, implement production, productivity, quality and
- customer service standards, resolve problems, complete audits and identify trends.
- ∙To accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as and
- when required.
- ∙Maintain relationships with key operations vendors.
- ∙To communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the
- customer experience including resolving problems and complaints.
- ∙To work closely with Floor-in –charge and management team to set and/or implement
- policies ,procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
- ∙Excellent communication skills . Must be fluent in both English and Hindi (spoken)
- ∙BPO experience will be preferred
Requirements
- ∙Should have good oral and written communication.
- ∙An effective communicator, probably fluid with what he/she is speaking.
- Should be computer literate.
- ∙Should be flexible enough to adapt to any environment or changes happening in the sector.
- ∙Should be patient enough and quite motivated towards learning new things and execute it
- effectively on day to day basis.
