Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with extensive experience in managing the bid process, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Request for Proposal (RFP), contract management, and documentation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of project acquisition, collaboration, and contract execution while ensuring thorough documentation and compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire bid process, from identifying opportunities and preparing bid documents to submission and contract negotiation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive bid proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and terms and conditions, while adhering to proposal submission deadlines.
- Oversee the negotiation, development, and execution of MOUs with partners, stakeholders, and clients, establishing clear objectives, responsibilities, and expectations for collaboration.
- Manage the RFP process, including the preparation of RFP documents, coordination of responses, evaluation of proposals, and selection of vendors or partners based on predefined criteria.
- Ensure effective contract management throughout the lifecycle, including contract drafting, review, negotiation, and administration, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
