Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Client Handling Customer Interaction Answer questions about products or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.
• In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
