Job Description

At twosqft, we are looking to hire a talented and committed Assistant Architect/Intern who is eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities

1. Design Assistance: Assist our lead architects in conceptualizing and creating design plans for various projects. This involves the use of CAD software and the creation of 3D models.
2. Project Management Support: Help manage project timelines and work closely with the project management team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
3. Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for residential and commercial projects.
4. Research: Conduct research on design trends, building codes, materials, and other relevant architectural topics.
5. Client Interactions: Interact with clients to understand their needs and preferences, attend project meetings, and present design concepts.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a diverse team of architects, interior designers, construction professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

1. Current architecture student or recent graduate.
2. Strong understanding of architectural concepts and design.
3. Proficient in using CAD software, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other related design software.
4. Strong communication and presentation skills.
5. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
7. Eager to learn and take on new challenges.
