We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, budget, and vision for the project.
• Develop innovative and functional design solutions, considering aesthetics, sustainability, and building codes.
• Create and present conceptual designs, working drawings, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
• Prepare project specifications and cost estimates.
• Assist with obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design plans.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage assigned projects within budget and deadlines.
• Continuously learn new design trends and software applications.
• Effectively communicate project details and design concepts to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong sense of professionalism and punctuality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) degree.
• 2-3 years of experience in an architectural firm.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, and Enscape.
• Excellent design capabilities with a strong sense of aesthetics and functionality.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions within constraints.
• A willingness to learn independently and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients and colleagues.
• Excellent time management skills and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
• High degree of professionalism and punctuality.
