Responsibilities:
B2C Sales Enablement:
● Implement strategies to drive online sales for Allen Digital Products in Allen Career
Center.
● Coordinate with Allen’s Offline Center POCs to engage with students and parents,
providing comprehensive information about Allen’s digital offerings.
● Collaborate with the offline sales team for presentations and demonstrations to
showcase the features and benefits of Allen’s digital products.
● Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted sales campaigns and promotional
materials.
B2B School Partnership:
● Identify and establish partnerships with schools for B2B collaboration with Allen Digital
Products.
● Travel to different Allen Centers in the city to provide training on Allen’s digital
products.
● Present Allen’s educational solutions to school administrators and decision-makers.
● Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit for both
parties.
● Provide ongoing support and communication to nurture and strengthen B2B
relationships.
Training and Development:
● Conduct training sessions at different Allen Centers to educate staff on the features
and benefits of Allen’s digital products.
● Collaborate with the training team to develop effective training materials and
programs.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
● Collaborate with the marketing team and strategy team to align sales efforts with
overall marketing strategies.
● Work closely with customer support to address customer inquiries and concerns
promptly.
● Coordinate with Allen Offline Centre Staffs to ensure consistent messaging across all
communication channels.
Reporting and Analysis:
● Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for
process improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
● Proven experience in B2C and B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
● Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
● Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
● Willingness to travel to different Allen Centers for training sessions.
● Familiarity with the education industry is a plus.
● Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
