- Reduction in GFR (DSL/Voice) – i) Broadband GFR Reduction ii) Repeat & reopen SR reduction for all products
- Customer SLA Enhancement – i) Enhancing Customer SLA ii) Reduction in beyond SLA, open SR>3 & 7 days iii) Solitaire and Titanium Customer SLA improvement
- Reduction in Field SRs
- Implementation of new work ways and Quality of repair
- Opex and Budget control

- Experience of handling large team in dotted matrix
