• Rich Experience in Field of RF Planning or Optimization on 2G/3G/4G Networks
• Analytical Skills
• Deep Knowledge of LTE and 2G KPI’s and Counters
• Well verse with Multi vendor Products and Solutions
• RF Planning of 4G and 2G Networks for New Rollout and Expansions ( Coverage and Capacity)
• Work along with Circle teams for planning basis business and customer needs, and provide the Solutions
• Close Coordination with CFT’s like Deployment, Quality, Finance, SCM and Opertions
• Quaterly Ordering and BoQ Preparation
• parameter and KPI analysis and Audit,
• Conducting Trials and Proposing New Solutions for achieving better efficiencies
