Job description:
For more than a decade, Aide et Action has been involved in promoting livelihood education among the youth from poor families and those with low educational qualifications through short term trainings. iLEAD- the employability and entrepreneurship enhancement programme through vocational education is one of the largest programme of Aide et Action India which has established a number of training centers catering to the youth in new and emerging occupations.
Now, the organization is planning to extend the program at Godda district to connect with youth from marginalised communities to access better livelihood opportunities. In order to support our iLEAD center of Godda district of Jharkhand, we are looking for suitable candidate to join as a retail trainer and provide support to youths from Godda in training and placement.
Retail Trainer requirement for Godda, Jharkhand
· Responsible for mobilizing and effective training a minimum of 30 candidates per batch (in respective trade)
· Responsible for monitoring the quality of training being imparted and maintain the standards at the center
· Supporting for mobilization of 30 candidates per batch for other trades as well
· Applying innovative teaching tools and techniques to check absenteeism and retain the candidates for the entire training duration
· Conducting weekly / fortnightly / monthly assessments at all the centers and evaluate the progress
· Developing cordial relationship with the candidates and guardians through meetings at the centers and evaluating the progress
· Supporting candidates in achieving sustainable livelihood skills
· Establishing good networking with reputed business establishments in the respective courses
· Reporting to Center Manager regarding extraordinary candidates’ / success stories etc.
· Preparing and submitting the weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly reports using the given reporting formats as well as maintaining Online MIS systems
· Ensuring a minimum of 75% placements and half year tracking of all candidates and also maintaining undergoing training
· Reporting and assisting the Center Manager cum trainer in all operations to ensure smooth running of the center.
· Sharing administrative work together with other faculty members in the center
· Maintaining a congenial environment in the center
· Also conducting Personality Mapping, test, exposure visits as well as Guest lecture at an appropriate period in every batch
· Maintaining and supporting complete data and filing in respective Almirah
· Also as and when required by Line Manager, supporting them to share ILEAD information for preparation of Proposal and meeting if any
What we are looking for:
– Candidate should be at least graduate in business diploma, business management, BBA, MBA, BCA or related field
– At least 2 years of teaching experience in marketing and sales component
– Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing
– Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills
– Willingness to travel frequently in the field of Godda district to meet employers, community and youth
Salary Range:
Salary will be in range of INR 17000-22000 as per the experience of candidates.

Salary: ₹17,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
