Responsibilities:

 

– Write, edit, and proofread technical documentation for our recruitment and staffing services, including job descriptions, candidate profiles, training materials, and other resources.

 

– Collaborate with the recruitment and staffing team to ensure that all documentation accurately represents our brand and meets the needs of our clients and candidates.

 

– Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of technical documentation that can be easily accessed and utilized by our team.

 

– Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing, recruitment, and staffing services.

 

– Ensure that all documentation meets relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

 

– Participate in the development and implementation of new recruitment and staffing initiatives and services.

 

Requirements:

 

– Similar experience on 3 – 5 years in Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.

 

– Proven experience as a technical writer in the recruitment and staffing industry.

 

– Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely for a variety of audiences.

 

– Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

– Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.

 

– Knowledge of recruitment and staffing industry trends and best practices.

 

– Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

 

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
