We are hiring for – Technical Support Engineer.

Notice Period: – 30 days (However immediate joiners will be Preferred).

Experience: – 2-3 Years

Job Location: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Patna (Bhubaneshwar).

Qualifications: – Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Skillsets required: surveillance projects (in the field of network monitoring, complaint resolution, storage, backup, cloud, dashboard and applications).

Roles and Responsibilities:

i.   Providing fortnightly reports detailing activities and system status.

ii.  Conducting regular tests to ensure the smooth functioning of systems and ensure 24X7 operability of whole system.

iii.  Ensuring data backup by regularly checking record files.

iv.  Keeping firmware and software up to date with regular upgrades provided by the OEM.

v.   Implementing and maintaining a complaint management system through CMS software to address and resolve issues effectively.

vi.  Experience with network monitoring software, IP network and applications to read logs.

vii. It shall be deputed in the command control center by the system integrator.
