Job Overview:

The Field and Production Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes and field operations. This role involves managing teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and driving efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in production management, and the ability to handle complex operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management:
• Oversee daily production operations to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and processes.
• Monitor and analyse production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational.
• Field Operations:
• Manage field teams to ensure efficient and effective execution of operations.
• Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to support field operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in the field.
• Address and resolve field-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Quality and Safety:
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and present regular reports on production and field operations performance.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, incidents, and safety compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 4-5years of experience in production and field operations management.
• Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and safety standards.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
