Candidate should have done CA

Accounts: a) Ensure proper checking and processing Invoice & and

related debit/credit advice. b) Final supervision of bill,

voucher and cheque process in accounts department. c)

Ensure prompt and timely bill passing and payments as

per laid down procedure for release of bills d)

Responsible preparation of finalization and consolidation

of accounts e) Scrutinizes party advances, other

expenses head on regular basis and cross check and

follow up for the same.

Cost Evaluation: a) Collection of data for Mines/ relevant location/ activities

like transporting etc. b) Tabulation of data in proper

format for costing etc. and their analysis c) Cost

evaluation and feedback to HOD for finalization of rates d)

Identify scope of cost reduction and recommend it to

higher management for implementation.

Compliance with commercial laws: a) Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and Reports. b)

Monitor timely deposit of statutory dues and return c)

Controlling receipted TDS Certificates and submission of

the same H.O. for Income Tax purpose. d) Ensure timely

preparation & distribution of TDS Certificate. e) Ensure

no deviation in compliance and statutory returns

MIS: a) Ensure timely preparation of Trial balance of all profit

center. b) Reconciliation/Cross checking of various data

required for MIS. c) Update MIS on day to day basis
