Role-Business Development Manager (BDM) for US Staffing

Roles and Responsibilities
Proven working experience as a business development executive/manager role in a IT company.
Your goal is to identify potential clients and interact with Hiring Managers of clients who regularly releasing contract and/or contract-to-hire IT Staff augmentation services.
Your job as a business development/Marketing manager is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
Ensure all the process, policies related to Sales Management, Business Planning, Account Management and Partner operational related are adhered, in case of any deviation/observation ensure the same gets escalated to Zonal Ops Head and Business Functional Head and necessary decision/corrections are implemented for better outcome.
To represent company’s product to customer and to convince that how our product is better than other and to create maximum benefit and to achieve 100% target.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have skill:
Pitch for IT recruitment Services to the Prospective Clients in US. Identify project sales opportunities and use market intelligence to preempt competition in target accounts
Generating qualified leads for various services with a target geography – USA.
Generate leads and arrange meetings for on-site sales teams through multi-channel contact (telephone, email, etc.)
* Acquire new accounts through prospecting, networking and strategic partnerships
* Candidates must possess the ability and confidence to engage customers, evoke interest in Managed IT, qualify and disqualify potential customers, think quickly on their feet, and apply value propositions to specific customer scenarios
