Job DescriptionJob Objective. To Prepare Mid/Short Term Project Execution Plans align with the long term plan prepared by Coprorate PRMC Team. It includes Civil Excavation/Foundation Plans, Material Fabrication & dispatch Plans, Site Preparation & Resporce deployment Plans & other Mech/Elect executions . Project Budgeting, cashflow analysis & Projections, monitoring & Control . To Control the Project Documents available at site like Various applications & letters, Land related docs, CON/CO etc. . Contract analysis & monitoring/issue management/escalations . Risk Management & Project MIS at cluster level Roles and ResponsibilitiesStrategic Roles & ResponsibilitiesI. Primary Area of Responsibility – 30% . Involved in project scheduling and progress measurement . Directly responsible for maintaining & updating schedule in Primavera and identify Quantum & reasons for delays. II. Primary Area of Responsibility -30 % . Involved in Overall & Yearly Budget finalization. . Regularly monitor/analysis of all Cost component of Projects. III. Primary Area of Responsibility-20% . Involved in control of Project document creation/Archival & Distribution using IT Platform for Document Control Technology and IT EnablementKRAs with Outcomes ( Jobs which brings value to the organisation)DomainKeys Result AresOutcomesProject Schedule Directly responsible for maintaining & updating schedule in Primavera and identify Quantum & reasons for delays . Exhaustive coverage of Project activities in Project Plan . All stakeholders aligned with Look Ahead Plan . Project Expedition as per Catch up Plans Project Cost Involved in Overall & Yearly Budget finalization & Cashfow Projections Regularly monitor/analysis of all Cost component of Projects . Activity based project costing aligned . Alignment of Cost & Bork Breakdown structure to control the Project budget as per Project Progress Project Documents Involved in control of Project document creation/Archival & Distribution using IT Platform for Document Control . Availability of all the project documents with the latest versions in IT Platform. (dmacq) Project MIS . Cooridnation with stakehodlers to capture Daily/Weekly Progres . Prepare MIS . Project/Clsuter MIS Stake HoldersInternalExternalOwn Function: Interactions within the team to understand the Adani Processes for Project Management & understand the deliverables Vendor / Partner: Coordination with vendors & sub-vendors for Project Execution Other Functions: To collate the inputs from others to create Project Plan & MIS QualificationsEducational Qualification:Essential: B. Tech/B. E in Electrical/Mechanical/CivilDesired: Knowledge of Project Management Principles, Primavera/MS Projects & SAP (PS Module), PMP Certification (preferred)
