Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Service Manager located in Patna. The Area Service Manager will be responsible for managing the service operations in the assigned area, ensuring timely and quality service delivery, resolving customer issues, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of service technicians.
