Job Description:- The State Head Sales will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and market penetration for the Cement . This position will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding the customer base in non-trade segments such as institutions, projects, and government bodies.
Responsibilities:-
- Sales Strategy: Develop comprehensive sales strategies for the non-trade segment of the white cement vertical, aligned with the overall business objectives of . Identify target markets, segments, and customers to maximize sales opportunities and revenue growth.
- Market Penetration: Drive market penetration and expansion by identifying new business opportunities and forging strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the non-trade sector. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and projects.
- Key Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including institutions, government bodies, project developers, architects, and contractors. Understand their needs, requirements, and preferences to provide customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Execution: Lead the execution of sales plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets and objectives. Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition efforts through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products and services and generate leads.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for business development and revenue enhancement within the non-trade segment. Explore new markets, product applications, and value-added services to differentiate from competitors and create value for customers.
