RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve sales target set for the assigned territory.
- Account wise potential mapping to analyse the sales opportunities.
- Strategic selling with the help of sales planning and sales analysis in every account.
- Meeting customer and sharing the features and benefits of the product.
- Providing case assistance (for implantation of device) to the customer.
- Discussion of medical and technical aspects of the device.
- Sales forecast for primary sales, sales and stock management.
- Customer wise profiling to ensure customer centric approach in selling.
- Account wise secondary tracking and sales planning.
- Sales proposal and Tender/quotation filling in different accounts
- Provide market feedback and competitor activities.
- Handle and document customer complaints according to SJM FER reporting procedure.
- Execute the job and division responsibilities according to SJM applicable standard operating procedure.
- Attend sales meeting, national/international medical events like conference, workshop etc.
- Accomplishing all the official documents, reports, feedbacks etc within the set time frame.
- Ensuring 100% adherence to the applicable SJM HCP processes while organizing activities with customers in the assigned territory.
- Involving customer through educational workshop, observer ship, conference etc.

- Preparing sales presentations during sales meetings.
- Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to SJM India’s policy and requirement
- Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott SJM India
- Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of SJM India are executed

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation in Science – B.SC & B. Pharma preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience (preferably in Devices space)
Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
Good communication skills. Experience of handling OT procedures will be an added advantage.
