Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Lead Recruiter at AamDhanE in Bihar. As a Lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for selecting and hiring the right labourers for factory jobs. This includes screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure the best fit for the available positions.
