 Engineering Lead AnalystQualifications:13 years of relevant experience in an Engineering roleExperience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environmentProject Management experienceConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationComprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities, and related reporting to identify best practicesDemonstrated analytic/diagnostic skillsAbility to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teamsAbility to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiativeAbility to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirementsProven track record of operational process change and improvementEducation: Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMUST HAVE SKILLSMust have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with software engineering work experiencesAbility to build enterprise-ready private cloud solution platform for databasesOverall 13 years of experienceAtleast 9 years of experience to build Private cloud for Databases, experience handling 10k databases.
