Job Title: Blended Process(Email/Voice)

• Good Communication skills
  
• Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
  
• Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
  
• Flexible to work in shifts.
  
• Excellent English – both verbal and written communication skills
  
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  
• Good technical knowledge
  

Shift: 6 days Rotational shift

Work Location: Ranchi

Week Off: 1 Day Rotational week off

Requirements

Qualification:Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate.

• System will be provided by Company.
  
• Candidate should have own broadband connection.
  
• Fresher and Experience both Candidates Can Apply
  
• Interview Place: Telephonic
  
• Candidate has to be from Jharkand location at present only
• Candidate should be ready to attend office 3 days (Collecting system/Training/Induction)
