Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bakery Chef. The Bakery Chef will be responsible for baking a variety of products such as bread, cakes, pastries, and other bakery products. They will be responsible for creating new recipes, ensuring quality and consistency of products, maintaining inventory and supplies, and managing a team of bakers. The Bakery Chef will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of baking techniques and methods
• Experience in creating new and unique recipes
• Familiarity with bakery equipment and tools
• Ability to manage a team of bakers
• Attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency of products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Certification from a culinary school is a plus
• Prior experience in a bakery or food production environment is preferred
