BRANCH AREA
MANAGER
REQUIREMENT

We are looking for a talented Branch Area manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch Area and supervise all area

operations. You will First Open CSP (Customer service Point) Center in your area or district in the first three months and then you must manage all your
CSP centers and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales target achievement.

Responsibilities

Direct all operational aspects including Open New
CSP centers, customer service, administration, and sales

• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
• Meet All Targets on Time
• Locate areas of improvement and propose

corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities

• Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
• Address customers satisfaction issues promptly
• Adhere to high ethical standards and company with all regulations/applicable laws
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in

Hindi and English

• Great leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in management,

Microfinance, sales, CSP-related work, or a relevant business role.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple

projects at once

• Sufficient knowledge of social media uses
