Premsons NEXA is looking for a QM / CCM. The person should have worked as a CCM for 2 to 3 Years. We will responsible for ensuring ahigh CDI score. Must be Tech Savvy. The candidate must be proactive, hardworking, sincere QM / CCM. Responsible for ensuring a high customer delight score. Must be able to resolve customer complaints proactively. The candidate must be graduate & have a two wheeler and smart phone. The candidate must have 02-04 yrs of experience in automobile sales, insurance , Telecom , FMCG etc. The candidate must have good communication skill. Need Skills: – Customer greeting & service in the showroom / Planning & development skills / Service team coordination. Role and Responsibility: – Supervise day-to-day operation in the customer operation in the customer service department. / Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner / Create effective customer service procedures, policies and standards / develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on asteady basis / Implement an effective customer loyalty program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
