Role – Project Manager

Pranami group , One of the leading real estate companies in Jharkhand is urgently looking for a candidate for the position of project manager. The incumbent should be BE/ B.tech in Civil engineering from a reputed institute having relevant experience of 08 to 10 years.

The Candidate having sound technical knowledge shall be responsible for the following KRAs:

1) Execution of approved/planned drawings

2) Budgeting and BOQ related work

3) Proficiency in Auto CAD and computers

4) Result orientation i.e. target Vs actual through team workings

5) Indenting & procurements of materials at site

6) Rate comparison and approval

7) Material delivery and verification of materials

8) People management.

9) Project Schedule Compliance

10) Balance work plan

11) Shop management

12) Monitoring of HVAC , FIRE and Electrical related work

13) Ensuring all statutory compliances at site

14) Sagety measures at project site

15) Maintainance Work at site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ranchi, Ranchi – 834001, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 8 years (Preferred)
• Management: 5 years (Preferred)
