1. Develop and assist site management in implementing company HSE management system and project specific HSE plan.

2. Carry out HSE inspection of work area, men, machine and materials, P and M and other tools and tackles.

3. Creating HSE Awareness through Pep talk, STA etc.,

4. Facilitate screening of workmen and conduct HSE induction.

5. Monitor administration of first aid.

6. Register Customer Complaints and take corrective actions.

7. Organize campaigns, competitions and other special emphasis programmes to promote HSE in the workplace.

8. Experience in Construction Industry preferably in Hydrocarbon field.

9. Multi linguistic (English & Hindi must).

10. Experience in HSE at project sites of reputed construction companies.
