Job Purpose
Plan and implement strategies to develop distribution infrastructure through the team assigned to increase market share through achieving gross adds targets and infra targets and increase revenue market share and data market share through involvement and investment from channel partners.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Gross acquisition for CMS, RMS and DMS growth with Infrastructure as per norms and Investment and Involvement of channel partners ensuring channel profitability and DSE earnings.
- Team management and coaching and mentoring of team for skill development and retention of team members and channel partners
- Identify new avenues of generating gross additions and revenues through acquiring higher share to 4G Handset sales and unlimited recharges in the market maintaining quality for GAS and DMS leadership
- Identify and suggest Process improvement for increasing the operational efficiency with better customer and channel satisfaction
- Adherence to HSW norms and SIP earnings of team TSM and TSE.
