Responsibilities

– Meet potential clients and gauge the viability of a working relationships.
– Ensure regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company’s presence.
– Conduct in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client’s requirements.
– Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly in a swift and professional manner.
– Encourage clients to upgrade their existing services & solutions and to purchase additional offerings.
– Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients’ expectations.
– Documentation and Presentations
– Admin Related Responsibilities.

Skills and Requirements

– Any Post-Graduate / Graduate / Diploma
– In-depth knowledge of effective sales and negotiation tactics.
– Ability to lead and work within a team.

Salary: ₹120,000.00 – ₹180,000.00 per year
