We are looking for a result- driven sales executive in the Karnataka region with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales development on microscope for the region.
  • Network and propose potential business deals new opportunities in Pathology Labs, Diagnostics center, Hospitals, Medical Colleges, University, Agriculture labs, FSL, Industry etc.
  • Arranging appointments with doctors, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular calling.
  • Sales target achievements- monthly/ quarterly/ yearly for volume growth and productivity
  • Implementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by ASM/ RSM/ ZSM
  • Daily reporting and feedback of customer calls.
  • Responsible for assigned area sales, collecting outstanding, Doctor calling, hospital visits, complaints handling.
  • Analyze the region and market’s potential, track sales.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship.
  • Actively meet the customers daily, weekly and monthly as per need.
  • Learn how product does work and how to troubleshoot the issues.
  • Prepare and submit the weekly report to the Management.

Qualification and skills

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales and Business management experience in medical devices, Microscopes, Scientific Instruments, Laboratory product
  • strong sales skills, energy level
  • Professional and positive approach, self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and market orientation skills.
  • Self- Driven.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
