Job Purpose

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Managing and Leading the End to End HR Operations in the circle
Coordinate with the central recruitment team to close the circle level vacancy
Driving the diversity agenda for the circle
Providing significant improvements in HR practices within the business unit through several initiatives
Ensuring prompt resolution of staff grievances related to various HR policies to maintain cordial management-employee relations
Increased motivation and positive morale through direct interaction with managers and employees on a day to day basis.
Strengthened operational efficiencies by bringing in automation and innovation
Promoting meritocracy and a culture that addresses poor performance.
Effective Employee Relation and liaison in the B.U. Open House, Focus Groups, Skips etc. Presenting HR updates in review meets.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
HRBP exposure from any reputed organization
Learning agility
Experience in navigating in a chaos environment Player, strong influence and relationship management skills, customer centricity.
Must have technical / professional qualifications
