Functional Area: Architectural Design

Experience: Minimum 5 years Experience in planning

Job Description: Preparation of Conceptual design/scheme. Reviewing of Corporation drawing/working drawings before submission/deliver. Coordinating with Sr. Architects. Reporting to the Sr. Executive Architect, Coordination with local bodies associated with map sanctioning process.

Desire Profile: Degree in Architecture. Registered with Council of Architecture Masters in Urban Planning/Housing/Town planning.(desire) Associate Member of Institute of Town planners India.(desire) Knowledge of National building code and local building bylaws.

Key Skills: Auto CAD, 3D Visualization Software, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
