JOB Responsibility 1. Responsible to prepare and execute aggressive sales plans and achieve the sales targets in the assigned region stipulated by the management. 2. Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls. 3. Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers. 4. Visiting existing/potential customers & consultants on a regular basis and to identify and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know- how sharing and cross-collaboration. 5. Establishes and maintains healthy relationships with customer and channel partner. 6. Product approval from OEM, Consultants & Utilities. 7. Create daily & monthly MIS report using CRM and Monitor sales team in the region 8. Negotiate/close sales and handle complaints or objection, 9. To arrange training programs and Presentations to key customers & Consultants in the region.
Desired Candidate Profile 1. Education : BE/Diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineer from reputed university. 2. Experience : 3 -10 year’s experience in Sales & Marketing of electrical/Industrial electronic products 3. Should have extensive experience in working with OEM, EPCs, CPMs & End users. 4. Excellent Communication Skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
