Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule, Monitor, and Control site activities to meet the contractual requirements & project completion timeline
  • Must be capable of Multitasking
  • Shall have leadership abilities to drive the site work progress and productivity to achieve project completion targets within the estimate.
  • Shall finalize & handle sub-contractors, specialist agencies & statutory authorities at project sites
  • Shall have background knowledge of relevant codes of practice in the construction field
  • Shall have up-to-date knowledge of design aspects and construction methodologies in the market
  • Obtain project work progress certification from the customer / their representatives in order to submit the monthly invoices
  • Shall carry out necessary material management including periodic reconciliation
  • Shall have a strong commitment towards Project Quality & Safety requirements
  • Shall have good communication skills and the ability to maintain cordial relationships with all stakeholders;
  • Prepare/assess project performance reports & submit them to Customer & internal stakeholders

Technical Expertise

  • 10 – 15 years of experience in the execution of Power, Hydrocarbon, Process, and Infrastructure Projects
  • Experience in Solar projects shall be preferred

Operating Network

Internally : Construction Management Team, Project Management Team @ HQ, Cluster Supply Chain, Heads of Quality & Safety Departments, Cluster Accounts.

Externally : Client Project Management Team, Liasoning with statutory/ regulatory authorities/officials.
