We’re seeking highly motivated and result-driven individuals to join our team as Field Sales Intern.

Job Summary:
As a Field Sales Intern, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving business growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, promoting our services, and building strong relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities:
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Jamshedpur

– Conduct market research and competitor analysis

– Promote NIW’s digital marketing services to potential clients

– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

– Submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities and progress.

Requirements:
– Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation in Marketing, Sales, or related fields

– Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

– Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

What We Offer:
– Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month

– Opportunity to convert to full-time employment upon successful performance
