We have an urgent requirement in our Business Development Vertical and looking for an Insurance Sales Representative across the various states of India.

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling General & Life Insurance policies to our customers.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with our internal stakeholders / clients and mobilize / generate the Insurance business

Responsibilities

• Building a strong relationship with the new and existing clients.
• Educating clients about the various insurance policies such as life, motor, health, and group workmen compensation policies and many others.
• Advising the clients on which insurance policy they need to purchase.
• Communicating with the clients and maintaining a good rapport with them.
• Answering questions of the client based on insurance policies.
• Identifying the risk involvements based on the client’s requirements.
• Analyzing the clients present policies and recommending changes if needed.
• Ensuring the company rules and regulations are formulated accordingly.
• Maintaining clients records on a monthly basis.
• Preparing and presenting reports for the higher authorities.
• Handling insurance policies renewals.
• Expanding clients base by communicating with the clients.
• Staying abreast of the latest trends in the insurance industry.
• Supporting clients during policy claim conditions

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or Minimum Plus 2 in any specialization.
• Working experience as an Insurance Sales Representative or a similar position in the Sales department.
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of various insurance policies.
• Demonstrate ability to deal with different personalities.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Good sales and negotiation skills.
• Outstanding presentation skills.
• A highly organized and hardworking individual.
• Good customer service skills
