Role Description
Position title: Regional IT
Designation: Executive / Senior Executive
Experience: 1+Years
Location: Purnia (Bihar)
This is a full-time on-site Regional IT role located in Purnia.
- LOS & LMS(profile) Support to branches and Regional office
- Printer and Laptop application troubleshooting.
- RO Vendor coordination for support
- Approvals for billing, documentation & pricing
- Seeking approvals on portal for procurements with adherence to Purchase committee guidelines.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with the Audit guidelines issued
- Branch infrastructure support & monitoring of usage as per info-sec & IT policy guidelines through periodic branch visits
Qualifications , Experience , Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred 1+ years of IT experience
- Must have a good familiarity with IT Infrastructure & IT Applications, must act as a go-to person for the business units and IT infra & applications management.
- Must be willing to travel to remote offices to understand current business unit and IT challenges in order to recommend solutions
- Must be very proactive in understanding and staying up-to-date on the current projects in progress, projects in pipeline and operational issues.
