Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Collection Manager at Tata Motors Finance in Patna. The Territory Collection Manager will be responsible for day-to-day collection activities, managing a team of Asst Mnagaer collection, collection executives, developing collection strategies, minimizing delinquencies, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in collections, risk management, or financial services
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
• Proficiency in using collection software and tools
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
