Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Protect Department Incharge. The Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the protection department’s day-to-day operations, ensuring the safety and security of the facility, and implementing security protocols to safeguard company assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in security management and implementation of security protocols
• Knowledge of electronic security systems and surveillance equipment
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations calmly
• Certifications in security management or related field is a plus
• Prior experience in manufacturing industry preferred
