We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Site Manager to oversee and manage the technical aspects of our site operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all technical functions are running smoothly and efficiently, meeting both client and company standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Management:
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring all technical activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with project teams to plan, schedule, and execute site work.
- Manage and supervise site technicians and other technical staff.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Technical Oversight:
- Monitor and manage the performance of all technical systems and infrastructure on-site.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during site operations.
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are maintained and operating efficiently.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Provide technical guidance and support to site staff.
- Manage the procurement of technical materials and resources as needed.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues.
- Prepare and present reports on site progress, challenges, and technical issues.
Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Report on site activities, technical performance, and any issues to senior management.
- Ensure all site documentation is accurate and up to date.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong technical background.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale technical projects or site operations.
- Skills:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical acumen.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
