Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Support Engineer located in Bihar and Jharkhand. The Field Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, and customer support for CMS Info Systems’ clients. Additionally, the role will involve working with operating systems and delivering excellent customer service.
Required

- Experience with operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
