Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager in Health Agency at Magma HDI General Insurance Company Limited in Jamshedpur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building his Team of Advisors and maintaining customer relationships, identifying client needs, promoting insurance products, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experiences and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and agency building skill
• Ability to build his team of advisorand maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of Health insurance products and industry trends
• Sales and marketing experience
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Team collaboration and relationship management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Relevant certifications in insurance or sales would be advantageous
