Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

Location: Bhuj (Gujarat) , Kashmir (Himanchal Pradesh) & Durg ( Chhatisgarh)

Experience: 3-6 Years

Education: M.Sc./B.Sc. in Agriculture or B.Tech in Agriculture (Diplomas not eligible)

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Build relationships with key clients.
  • Promote and sell agricultural products (fertilizers, pesticides, seeds).
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends.

Job Specification (JS)

  • Extensive experience in sales management within the agricultural sector, particularly in fertilizers, pesticides, and seeds.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of the agricultural industry and market dynamics in Gujarat.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the region.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
